The Old Row fraternities are considered top for one and only one reason, the alumni are entrenched in government of the state. They are also entrenched in pretty much any major business in the state as well. So, if you want to live in the state get into politics or land a good job being a member of one the Old Row fraternities is a big leg up. Do people from other fraternities do well? Yes, even GDIs but the Old Row fraternities are the epitome of the old boy network in the state. Does that mean they are cool guys? Does that mean they are the best fraternity? No
