We follow the new member processes our national HQs set just like all the other chapters of our sororities. We don’t get a pass to do things differently than other chapters just because we’re big. Our size also doesn’t somehow make the process superficial. I guess the downside is that we get to meet a smaller percentage of potential bigs, but then your downside is that you have a smaller pool of potential bigs in the first place.
