If you're concerned about weight, try working out and getting into shape. If it's your skin, see a dermatologist or try out a couple of Neutrogena products. Style your hair in a way that flatters your features and wear makeup to enhance your features. We aren't basing our judgments on looks. But if you're sloppy looking or wearing something inappropriate, you'll stand out in a bad way
