long story short, I'm at a large, selective southern university and received a bid to a mid tier chapter. Will be transferring to Cornell for spring and want to try for top tier...APhi or DG. Doable? I'm from oos so don't know any actives at Cornell , pretty, smart/good resume but not wealthy (I'm on scholarshlp/financial aid) and am a legacy at one of the top 3 (big sis is an active down south). What are my chances for going top 3??
