I would argue that these houses are relatively equal, and way above phi mu in terms of the bottom tier. Each house takes VERY different types of girls, so they hardly ever cross-rush. AXOs tend to be more bookish and usually gets the sweet girls who would rather stay in for a quiet night with friends instead of going out, while AZD and PSS both tend to go out very frequently. PSS tends to care more about looks than the other two, but they attract girls that are more laid back and chill. AZD looks for girls that mesh well with those already in the house, and tend to have a strong sisterhood because of it. All three are great options during rush, but, again, they are very different from each other so it's actually hard to compare them in anything other than the fact that they're in the same tier. All three have improved a lot over the years as well.
