Upper tier is alright, but sig pi should be with DU and Phi Psi. Alpha Delt is arguably #1 as well. Middle tier is totally wrong, especially with Phi Sig, which has had two terrible spring pcs in a row. Kappa Sig should also be in the middle tier.
