^ I agree with your point about Sig Nu, but the others are debatable. Keep in mind that Fiji hasn’t been able to have social events at their main house for 2 years and onward due to their probation, and annex parties just aren’t the same. And Chi Psi was still relatively new, their upperclassmen are a weird group of guys that didn’t get bids anywhere else and were picked by their nationals. They just have a really nice house and decent parties & mixers, but none of which have been as fun as Lambda’s
