Delta and Zeta are bottom after 2019 drama and will be for some time. Delta needs to own their mess Zeta needs to stop snitching And causing issues. 2019 issue with Delta is not the first or only issues caused by Zeta. AlphaPhi is bottom too as too early to tell. Would move DG up as they have had decent PC last couple of years. SDT is a niche which doesn’t make them bottom.
