Hello! So excited that you're interested in going through recruitment this upcoming year. The way that the system works, it is very rare that a woman does not receive a bid. The system had been made in a way that ensures that every woman finds a home, and if a woman does not receive a bid it is due to a unique situation. In terms of sorority dues, each house is different. You get a full break-down of cost in the pamphlet handed out before recruitment begins, as well as a more specific financial breakdown during the second round of recruitment. Again, every house is different; for example, some houses may have cheaper dues after the first year, some houses you pay once and never have to worry about writing another cheque, etc. Dues usually range from $700-$1600 per year. If at anytime you cannot afford your dues, every house, I'm sure, will be very willing to set up some sort of payment plan with you. We do hope you go through recruitment and find your home, you won't regret it!!
