The top tier like two yrs ago used to be kkg/beta/chi o and all of them were otherwise interchangeable. If we're talking top three, Chi O is in the #3 spot. Rush used to be more dispersed with top PNMs going between those three sororities. Now it seems like kkg and beta are having stacked pledge classes, with XO being okay and DDD even taking some of their potentials.
