It depends on which half of the houses you have recs for. Some houses have national policies that PNM's must have a rec to pledge. Some houses have to cut so many girls after round 1 that recs and grades are the easiest two things to cut for to get down to the number of invites they're allowed to extend for round 2. Some houses are a little more laid back about recs. I would go in expecting big cuts and be happy if it's not as bad as expected. I hope you are open minded about joining all houses.
