I went through as a sophomore transfer and I did just fine. A lot of sororities won't be as welcoming because they want younger members so you do need to keep an open mind. Make sure you have letters of rec for each house because those can really help you. Also if you have a good resume and gpa that will help you out too. You pretty much want all the help you can get.
