Phi Delt, Kappa Sig, SAE, and Sigma Chi all try and fill during the summer. However, they sometimes bring on 2-3 guys during formal. The other disadvantage is that these houses have a strong preference to take guys from the south, and in SAE's case just Texas. That being said, all of these chapters have rush chairs in the DFW area so I would email them and see if you can meet with them when you are in town for orientation and strive to make a good impression.
