I want to join one of the more selective fraternities, but will not be able to meet them until I move in in August as I live far away so I feel like I already will be at a disadvantage. How difficult will it be attending only move in week events and formal rush? Will this be enough time for them to get to know me, or will all spots already have been given regardless of if they want me in their fraternity or not?
