EVERY house cuts legacies. That's just a way of life in recruitment. Some aren't allowed to cut them until second round though. You should never depend on being a legacy getting you a bid because it won't. Chi O has members who are legacies and many who are not. There are a lot of stupid girls spreading rumors here because they are apparently jealous. It's the goal of EVERY house to makes PNMs want them and feel wanted. Some do it better and some PNMs read way too much into situations because they so want to be in a top house. What are the houses supposed to say? Sorry there is no way someone like you will get a bid from us? No one is bid promising. PNMs are just unhappy because they got their hopes up and end up with their second choice.
