ALPHA PHI / KAPPA (both of these houses are pretty equal and interchangeable, but aphi is a little higher) TRI DELT / DG (Tridelt has done pretty good the last two recruitments while DG has been dropping, they are equal or slightly behind Tridelt now) PHI SIG (phi sig is upper mid, nothing bad about that! just feel like their nonexistent national rep hurts them during rush, mixed bag of girls) SDT (SDT is such a hard house to tier but they’re mid below Phi sig) AXO / GPHI / THETA / AXID (these houses are all in the same tier and can be interchangeable. Gphi has been doing better in past years) AEPHI / DPHIE / AGD (based on social events, recruitment numbers, etc.)
