This could actually be reasonable for ZBT but says more about how far SAE and Apes have fallen. SAE has no brotherhood anymore and weakened rush since their peak three years ago; if they mess up anymore they'll get kicked off campus. At least Phi got to keep their chapter house, "Lions" wouldn't be able to make the transition. Especially with their best/most organized class (seniors) leaving. Apes is an example of kids leaning more on-campus than off. There aren't that many kids that fit the Apes/ZBT mold this year, but the few that there are will do either Theos or ZBT over apes. Why jump on a sinking ship?
