I have been off campus several years, but I'm confused. Not that it really matters, but a few things on this site are curious, but maybe it's just changed recently. Everyone seems to agree on top 3 and lower tiers, Pi Phi for sure in top as well, but has Chio-O really gone down so far? Has Gamma Phi really gone up to top 5? I wish that an honest person would say what the truth is-I get it that some have slightly different preferences and disagree to a point, but I just want my curiosity satisfied. (No crazy answers or saying nasty things please)
