Who is the person who continually makes these ranks? Pi Phi and Tri Delt are not top tier anymore. No matter how many times this person posts it, ITS NOT TRUE! Pi phi got major QR girls this year. Girls blacked from many houses. The 2 pledge classes before this years are more of your GPhi type. Sorry to say it. A very good house but not top tier. As for Tri delt, they haven’t been tops for a few years.
