No matter how many times you get with your friends and drink and post that PKT is top 3...it doesn't change the truth. P has dropped significantly and T is no longer top 2. Sorry, but it's the truth. Even though Kappa did bad this last year, their other PC's keep them at the top. No matter how many times people argue the bad PC argument, they are still the top house. Followed by Tri Delt, then Theta. What follows after this is a matter of opinion. And there is an opinion that 3-4 other houses could be 4-7 in any order. So there's the tea!
