After that, your PERSONALITY and how you connect with who is talking to you will be what everyone remembers. We want girls who are cute, sweet and fun. Be positive (no complaining about how hard rush is), be confident (you know what your qualities are and that you would be an asset), be interested (if you act bored or entitled we will tell our friends in other houses), be yourself (if you try to be someone you're not we will smell it on you), and be interesting yourself (when I ask you a question, I'm not trying to fact-find, I'm trying to see how you talk to me).
