I'm gonna be honest here because I had such a different viewpoint going into rush than I do now and I wish I had picked kappa or chi o. Everyone thinks that tri delt and KD are the top two coming in and so everyone goes for those two and then you get in them and half the girls are not even from the south, the boys like kappas and chi o's, and like the parties just aren't that fun. I was a party girl in high school so I thought it would be the same going into a "top sorority" but I couldn't have been more wrong. Most of my friends now aren't in my sorority. Ranks based on grades, social life, beauty, and most well-liked (not money, legacy status, etc)... Chi O/ Kappa KD/Tri-Delt Phi Mu/DG APHI/ADPI AOPI Everyone is biased, and everyone has their preconceived notions before rush, but this is coming from someone who really sees it for what it is. I hope this helps the PNM's.
