Goin through these posts, I’ve realized no one knows who “top tier” really is. It always differs between the 6 “top” houses: ddd, kd, kappa, phi mu, chi o, dg. So then that leave the rest of the other 4 as bottom houses which is stupid and a weird dynamic. But nevertheless those top houses are always interchanged as the top 3. As a result, people say bad things about these in order to get that top slot as it seems up for grabs. Going through recruitment, I found good things in all houses and realized to go with my gut instead of choosing the one people said was better, and I encourage pnms to do the same as I wouldn’t of been as happy and fulfilled if I didn’t. So I’m gonna say good things I see in every house instead of bashing to be seen as top Kd - close sisterhood Pi phi - down to earth Dg - value academics Kappa - incredibly fun Aopi - grounded and unbothered Chi o - smart and driven Adpi - outgoing and level headed Phi mu - genuine and sweet Tri delt - well rounded and involved Alpha phi - so new, and already so well perceived (weren’t here when I went through recruitment so can’t say what took away) Needless to say, there’s good in every sorority. If you’re a pnm, take these views or see for yourself, and go with what you value most in a home. If you’re an active, be secure with what you chose and celebrate and embrace the great things about your chapter
