Say what you will, Kappa rushes against the top houses. They take wealthy well-connected Indiana girls, lots of them legacies or friends of girls in the chapter. They also take suburban Chicago girls and others from various places, most with letters of rec. Last year, Kappa—along with Pi Phi and others—took many girls who well might have gone Chi O. So until—if and when—Chi O returns as a full chapter not on any probation, the above rankings are pretty correct.
