Not every fraternity recruits at the Greek recruiting fair. Many can fill their pledge classes with referrals from brothers and alumni. In one case, Fiji, they fill their PC during the summer with kids from Indiana high schools. For the fraternities that do have open houses, they've been going on last week and this week. Officially the open houses end next week (I think they extended the timeframe). The bad news is, if you haven't gotten a bid chances are you won't get one. If you're a candidate for a chapter but they've filled their PC they might send you a text or call you saying "we're sorry, but we cannot offer you a bid." In most cases, the bid just won't come. I have reason to believe that a few fraternities are participating in a post-formal recruiting bidding process, similar to how sororities give "snap bids." Basically, a list will be circulated with everyone who rushed and didn't receive a bid. Your best bet is to talk to people at IFC and see what to do.
