Their pairs recently and APhi for little 5 make them more 1 than 2 Phi Delt Also made moves recently. Definitely now the best tier 2 house and freshman like them. Kappa Sig and Phi Sig are pretty similar now. Pretty much have stayed the same and have been pretty quiet recently Theta Chi and Sig Pi seem very similar and fun. Acacia has a very good pc and is without a doubt rising fast. They still have ways to go, but DZ for little 5 and a few more good pc's will push them AEPi is on the bubble and can easily move up
