Comment #6 for example is probably from someone in a mid tier house. Comment #7 is probably from someone in a top tier house with an attitude. They may look great in SM but when you get to know them, you may be happier with girls that are kind. Keep an open mind and don't get your heart set on any one house and you will do just fine.
