Another thing Panhellenic could do is randomize pairs for Homecoming and Little 5. It's done a big schools are the time. Missou does it and if the chapters don't abide by the pairs, they don't get to participate in the event. A computer does the pairs based on previous pairs and that's it. No social aspect taken into consideration at all. So if Beta is paired with AGD and they don't want to socialize with them, then the bike team doesn't race. Simple as that. A few years of it and no one will know any different.
