Tell you the truth I'm really sick of seeing houses like Pike be top tier. Really that's all they do party hard. Which, I will admit, is about 75% of being in a fraternity is about nowadays. However, I am really happy seeing the smaller houses, where the brothers actually know each other and have great brotherhood starting to become higher in the rankings.
