These are what I believe are the actual ranks on campus. I’m an involved Greek at this school and am aware with all the current national standings for these houses. Frats: Top TIER : Kappa sig is still the top house in my personal opinion, I love their parties and the guys are all super cute. They should be off all their sanctions, so I expect a comeback after a lackluster past year due to constant trouble. (Just stop being idiots) SAE. Very popular house on campus yet while some girls love them, others despise them. I personally think they throw great parties and if you get to know some of the guys they are awesome. They ran into trouble at the end of last year but (as usual) they got out of it and will be in good standing for next year Still top tier Sig Chi- these guys have a beautiful house. Unfortunately me and my friends find ourselves getting bored sometimes at their parties, but hey these guys have started getting some loyal groupies from top sororitys due to other houses being in trouble, so this house is def on the rise if they can stay out of trouble. Pike- pike! I love the guys from pike and they had several great parties last year, but having to Uber all the way to the island vs walking up and down Greek row is big negative. They also have a handful of dorky guys, but also plenty of hot guys to compliment. Mid tier Theta chi- winter fest was fun and they definitely established themselves as the top of mid tier, yet rumor is they may be kicked soon due to hazing allegations :( Sammy- these guys made some great strides in the last couple years but their fall pc 17 was mediocre at best. Not really going anywhere unless theta chi is booted Aepi- :( half their house got expelled by nationals but we’ll see if they can recover.
