Coming from someone in a bottom tier house, it is very, very early but I would say things are more like this: Top tier Aphi Gphi Pi phi/DG -DG got an amazing PC. You can say what you want but it is a top tier PC. And Pi phi's was not impressive...again. Middle tier Kappa -Needs to clean up their act. Not impressed by their PC either. ADPi/Theta/SK- ADPi also got an amazing PC. Sorry but Theta and SK are not above ADPi any more. That house has gotten a TON better and it obviously showed this recruitment.
