I don't think anyone was saying it could happen soon. But with 300 withdrawing because they didn't like their options you can be guaranteed that groups that had chapters here are looking at the possibility. That is a big pool of potential colony members and a group could start with 70 freshman 70 sophomores and some juniors and seniors and jump right into formal recruitment.
