Besides Fiji and SAE, any chapter will give any guy a bid if he can afford it, is white, and isn't just completely retarded. Thats just how it is. Saying that Delt or Sigma Chi or whoever else seems to live on this will bid anyone is true, but just remember that your chapter is the exact same way unless you're in Fiji or SAE (and maybe Sig Ep).
