This is just stereotypes but the rank goes Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi Theta: the ultimate top house and girls know it so they tend to be rude party animals. All gorgeous with great clothes though Kappa: still super selective but these girls are usually more genuine and chill types. Not as much clout as Theta but still a top choice for more laid back girls Pi Phi: really only considered a “top” house because of their history on campus, but they are definitely the house you pick if you don’t get theta or kappa.
