Yes, if at any point during the week a pnm is not invited to any chapters for the next round, she'll receive a call from her Rho Chi. The only way a pnm would not receive a bid after attending Pref parties is if she suicides (i.e., does not maximize her options by listing every Pref party she attended on her pref card) and does not get a bid from the chapter she did list. Her Rho Chi would call to let he know she did not get a bid before Bid Day begins.
