First let me make it clear - YES I can afford the dues. This is because I work for my dues and use some scholarship money to help with my tuition. This was the norm at my old school and most of my sisters were middle class. I don't want to reaffiliate into a chapter where I feel very out of place. I know Greek girls at UT are very rich and I don't mind anyone having parents who pay for their dues (more power to them) But I feel worried I will be surrounded by snobby girls who won't give me the time of day because of my BG.
