1/3 of the New Men are required to be non Greek. Look at the bylaws. Cowboys only take 25 New Men a semester. That's pretty selective, Tejas, Student Government Types and athletes take up most of the remaining spots. If you really care get involved on campus, make good grades meet people and have a good rep. All of these things are worthy in and of themselves.
