Saw this on ADPi's page (posted by somebody claiming to be a Theta) and thought it was cool: "I have no idea how or why they're considered below AXO or APhi except maybe in looks. I personally think they have much more class. Their house is beautiful and very tastefully done, which I think says a lot. And even if they don't really get their pick of girls, there's a good number in there who could easily have gotten into the top 3 in better circumstances or were already being looked at by those houses. They stay classic and poised compared to other middle tiers." They were founded the same year as Zeta (1906) and they've never been closed. Were they a stronger house in the past?
