so I let me just say I’m biased because I have friends in both these house as well as know girls who aren’t my cup of tea. BUT a someone not in either of these houses, I would say it’s pretty agreed upon in general that these are 2 really strong houses. Both houses have really pretty, popular girls. There’s also lot of overlap of friend groups between these two houses. I would say that pi phi is more of an east coast/nyc vibe while kappa is more west coast/la vibe (again not to say that there isn’t overlap)
