rush is pretty much all in fall besides a few late bids, also the comment about sig ep becoming zbt or sig chi was ridiculous top 2 party frats and kkg/pi phi frats are off campus now (aepi and sig ep) and they will never become like kappa sig sae will be off campus soon too so the off campus thing probs doesnt matter anymore if the top 3 frats are all off campus
