i had friends who did dphie and they love it. they dont haze in the sense that they make you do dumb embarrassing stuff. You just get to know the girls. From what I hear they used to be bad but PHA has cracked down on everyone. I do not think tridelt does either. They got in trouble a year or two ago so they have to be careful. theta has pledging about twice a week... that is not hazing. phisig I honestly can not say.
