SAE is as good as gone like you said. Barely in consideration as a top house anymore. Seniors were sick but younger kids are terrible. Don't really agree with the SigEp comment, it was pretty consensus that their Fall 12 PC was the best on the row. Can't argue too much for the sophomores though, they seemed lame. Lack of social pro definitely helped. Sigma Chi still solid, but still the pregame and bail house. ZBT is always in trouble too, but not quite at the SAE level. Terrible freshman class, but they'll hopefully bounce back next year. Still get a lot of athletes and muscular guys which keeps up their rep.
