totally agree, especially your comments regarding the middle chapters. They're all great, but there's a very real discrepancy in the middle tier. It's definitely up to what you're looking for in a chapter, but most people agree there's a solid middle tier and what order they go in. Disagree about the whole "upper middle" category but that's just me. not enough chapters to have sub-tiers.
