Even if you want to be one of the very few people who thinks Kappa is still top (this school of thought is going extinct), they're definitely not equal to APhi, let alone above SK. Even when they were universally accepted as top 4 years ago, it was APhi=DG, SK=KKG, not APhi=Kappa. Kappa has fallen, and you either accept that they're bottom of the top, put them in the middle, or off on their own category. And if SK is an off brand APhi, then AEPhi is DEFINITELY the poor man's Kappa. Jappy party girls for both, but one parties with better frats and gets richer girls.
