1.5/2 Sigma Chi has fallen off hard, I believe they still have the rest of this year on probation, they will need to spend time rebuilding to what they once were. Great group of guys but I wouldn’t be surprised to see some weird guys sneak their way in there with numbers as low as they are. Of the honorable mentions you stated ZBT has a 3 year live in requirement, and will bid anything that moves, the owner of their house has it setup for profit. They pretty much have old dorms with a hallway connecting them. To top it off they have a lot of people on IFC and still couldn’t manage to go a year without catching a case. They’re are some pretty good guys in here but the actions of the many weird ones will always outweigh them. With 90+ guys living in there isn’t much they can do. Decent academic but I honestly wouldn’t recommend rushing there. Last but not least they will be coming into the new semester on full social probation i believe. Phi Psi is pretty much a year ahead of Sigma Chi. 2-3 years ago they got hit with some of the harshest probation IFC could dish out. They got off of social probation last semester but had to throw dry functions last semester and still managed to throw some massive Grand Prix functions with other top houses like Beta and Theta Chi. From what I have seen they have somehow managed to get decent quality guys over the last years and a couple positions on IFC. They also have one of the nicest and newest houses on campus and will probably go on to pair with some of the top houses this year now that they are off probation. Worth at least going to a rush event in my opinion.
