Based off of their new PC of 2017, I'd say this would be pretty accurate. I see the top two rows out a lot more than the bottom three rows. Aphis aren't allowed to go to pcps and I'm not sure how that doesn't effect their rankings. Chi Os, Kappas, Pi Phis is Tri Delts are always out. DZ, Theta, and Zeta are out sometimes too.
