Technically they don't "reject" you from joining but what they do is they have a couple of days for you to come and meet the girls/talk to them and all that, and then after like 2/3 days of that they will start emailing girls either asking them to come back or that they didn't make it and that's basically how it works. They just keep cutting down until they get to the amount they want.
