It depends, I don't know anything about any of the houses that don't have a real house but I'd assume Kappa Sig will look to rent out PiKapp or KDR since I think they have the largest no house brotherhood then maybe ZBT or mudhouse will take the other one. I'm pretty sure both PiKapp and KDR's alumni own those houses so they will defiantly be looking to rent them out so they can keep up on the property payments while they wait out there suspension terms. That being said it's not like having a top tier house will change anything, for example Chi Phi is still irrelevant as ever.
