Umm "top frat?" Sig Chi and Phi Delt are the ones that the basketball and football teams flood, but I don't think many people would say they are the "top frats." Honestly, if you're coming to wash u wanting to join a fraternity for the reputation, you're doing it wrong. I would hang out with the sig chi and phi delt guys and see if you like them before doing anything. Rush everywhere for the people, or if you want letters because you think they'll get you some reputation on campus, don't rush at all.
