Get you facts straight. It was a 20 acre park and the memorial was no where around the area kappas were. You're ignorant and taking advantage and kicking people when they are down. Not a good attribute in life. Grow up. I'm a guy so you can't say "must be a kappa" and I'd still marry a Kappa.
